Experienced Travel Agents (5 available positions)
Position Requirements:

Excellent American Sign Language and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills.

Two years of college or higher education level.

Ability to give communication detail to large group of people and individuals.

Knowledge of travel requirements and other travel restrictions/requirements.

Previous experience in travel arrangements.

Prior experience as a travel agent.

Prior experience in booking in GDS systems such as Sabre or similar. Must have knowledge of booking air, hotel, cruise, and car formats.

Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.

Familiar with tourism and research of domestic and international travel destinations

Must have computer knowledge to prepare promotional material to sell itinerary and promotional packages

Have knowledge of / or willing to learn marketing campaigns via social media outlets

Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers

Individual should be skilled in determining client needs

Be able to handle large group and an excellent team player

Previous travel sale over $10,000 per year
Travel Agent Trainees (10 available positions)
Position Requirements:

Position Requirements:

Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Strong leadership and communication skill for group size (between 50 to 500 people)

Schedules times and secures locations for a variety of programs and group excursions; maintains rosters of participants.

Oversee group activities

Assist in planning, organizing, supervising, conducting a wide variety of activities and programs.

Model positive guidance and effective group management
-
Maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all group

Organize program materials for group activities and planning

Document attendance, incidents, and other observations

Engage clients in fun and social activities
-
Manage social media for communication with groups

Be able to adapt various oversea travels (cruise, fly, train, bus, land, etc.)

Group Activity Managers (2 available positions)
Position Requirements:

Minimum of 25 years of age and over

Have two years of college or higher education level.

Use of American Sign Language.

Management skills are a must.

Must have excellent communication skills (including American Sign Language) and excellent work ethics.

Strong leadership skill for group size (between 50 to 500 people).

Needs to be multi-task oriented, flexible, and able to adapt effectively to challenging and emergency situations.

Must create and coordinate program curriculum and activities to meet the group's needs and interest.

Be able to monitor implementation of activities.

Be able to coordinate the transportation, accessibilities, to ensure that each activity runs smoothly.

Be able to create fun and interesting activities for the group.

Must have the ability to work as part of the professional team.
